Return&Exchange Policy

 1. Termless Exchange and Return Conditions:

Product does not operate normally, and the fault is found to be with the quality upon inspection by the technician. We offer new products and the freight fees are on T-DRONES account.

2. Compensable Service  (Freight fees are on customer’s account)

Product will experience warranty void on any of the following conditions. Any cost incurred will be on customer’s account.

  1) Damage to motor or ESC resulting from misoperation or improper propeller match. 

  2) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from misoperation or short circuit of line and phase.

  3) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from user’s refit, disassembly and case-opening etc.

  4) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from overloaded flight. 

  5) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from flight in extreme weather. 

  6) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from misoperation as to crash or hit etc. 

  7) Product(s) that expire(s) the warranty period.
